Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously and only collect what we need to operate the directory, improve matching quality and keep the service secure. Below is a plain-language summary; reach out at support@traffihub.com with any questions.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, sign-in provider (e.g. Google), and authentication tokens.
- Wizard input: market, persona, pain points, budget and free-text answers you submit.
- Usage data: pages viewed, apps clicked, activations, search queries and referrer.
- Device data: user-agent, country (from IP), language and approximate timezone.
- Developer data: app metadata, logos, contact email and (for paid listings) billing details.
How we use it
- Match you to relevant apps and personalise recommendations.
- Operate, secure and improve the service (analytics, fraud prevention, debugging).
- Send transactional emails (sign-in, listing receipts, support replies) and, with consent, product updates.
- Report aggregated, non-identifying performance to developers (clicks, conversions, EPC).
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference). We do not sell personal data. When you click out to a third-party app, that provider's privacy policy applies to anything you do on their site.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for sign-in, language preference, market selection and dismissing prompts (e.g. Google One Tap). See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@traffihub.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Wizard and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form, after which it is aggregated or deleted. Logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
Children
TraffiHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in multiple regions. By using TraffiHub you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those regions, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
