These Terms govern your access to and use of TraffiHub (https://traffihub.com). By using TraffiHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
TraffiHub is an AI-assisted software directory that matches visitors with third-party tools. Discovery is free for end users. Developers may pay a listing fee to feature their apps.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@traffihub.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TraffiHub for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful purposes;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Submit fake reviews, fraudulent activations or manipulate rankings.
4. Third-party apps
TraffiHub indexes and links to third-party software. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their content, pricing or availability, and do not guarantee any specific outcome from using them. Your agreement with a third-party app is solely between you and that provider.
5. Developer listings
Developers who submit apps grant TraffiHub the right to display logos, screenshots and copy provided for the purpose of operating the directory. You represent that you have the rights to the material you upload. Listing fees, when applicable, are described at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The TraffiHub brand, software, design system and original copy are owned by TraffiHub. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service as intended. All other rights are reserved.
7. Disclaimers
TraffiHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations, or that linked apps will meet your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraffiHub and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TraffiHub if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
